Isobel Sita-Lumsden is Senior Marketing Director at AOL. She joined AOL in 2011 to focus on digital media and immediately worked on the launch of The Huffington Post UK, the first edition outside North America. Isobel's career at AOL has grown to now encapsulate marketing responsibility for UK and multinational markets, across both trade and consumer audiences. She is responsible for B2C marketing strategies for AOL's leading consumer brands in the UK including HuffPost, MAKERS and BUILD, and for the B2B marketing strategies across both the advertiser and publisher sides of the business. 

With over 15 years experience in the media industry, Isobel began her career as a marketing consultant at Wella (P&G) before moving to IPC Media/Time to manage direct marketing across the hobbies and interests magazine portfolio.  Prior to joining AOL, Isobel led brand marketing initiatives for Marie Claire and was Head if Marketing for Woman & Home. 

Isobel's work has been recognised by industry peers and she has won a number of awards, most notably nine accolades for The Huffington Post UK 'Topic & Talent' advertising campaign in 2012, including a silver Cannes Lion. Isobel is also an AOL 'cultural ambassador' and is passionate about supporting working parents. She set up the working parents initiatives at AOL, where she's made improvements to the benefits, processes and culture for parents in the company.
