Richard is Global Head of People Relationship Management at Unilever and has over 18 years marketing and digital experience both client, media and creative agency side in London and Sydney.
He has led and embedded digital and content thinking within Global organisations, including British Airways and William Grant & Sons to deliver business and brand growth, with highlights including leading digital and innovation across British Airways ‘To Fly to Serve’, London Olympics 2012 brand programmes and developing the British Airways mobile app strategy, putting it into the hands of millions of customers.
Richard is passionate about businesses innovating to reach and engage consumers in smarter and more useful ways across the world, using the foundation of creative and data excellence to fuel this.
In his current role at Unilever, he has built a new team with a simple and powerful purpose – to enable Unilever brands to build relationships the billions of people who use Unilever products everyday around the world. Having built a new global infrastructure and data solution, he works with Unilever's global brand teams and markets to deliver consumer value and insights for the business.
