Lisa is currently CMO at the UK’s leading bed specialist Dreams. She joined in 2014 as part of the new executive management team. She has been responsible for marketing, customer services, ecommerce and internal communications over that period. Lisa has also been responsible for the successful brand repositioning of Dreams, most notably with the launch of its Replace Every Eight campaign which reinvigorated the mattress market. Prior to this Lisa has held a number of Marketing Director positions at a variety of retailers including La Senza, Peacocks and Boux Avenue. Before this she was Vice President Communications at Universal Music International and Head of Public Relations at Camelot (The National Lottery) where she was part of the launch team. She has also held a number of communications roles in PR and marketing agencies.
